Kashish has 10 years of experience researching and advising on power markets across
the APAC region. His expertise includes power market modelling, market design, and
techno-commercial analysis of both conventional and renewable energy technologies.
Before joining Wärtsilä, he led energy storage research for APAC markets at Wood
Mackenzie for 2 years, providing commercial and strategic insights on market
development, pricing, revenue, and policy-related aspects of battery energy storage
systems.
Kashish holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from NMIMS University in
India and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Sydney.
