Brendan has over 28 years of experience in the international energy, resources, capital markets & investment banking industries. Brendan co-founded Amphora Energy, an energy storage and energy transition infrastructure developer. Prior to starting Amphora Energy, Brendan also co-founded DIRECT Infrastructure, which is a joint venture partner in an offshore wind feasibility project, Gippsland Skies. Prior to focusing on the energy transition in Australia, Brendan was Senior Vice President, TotalEnergies and held senior Managing Director roles with BMO Capital Markets, Jefferies & Co. and Macquarie in the UK and Europe. Brendan also has more than 12 years of large-scale project management, engineering & consulting experience in Australia’s resources, infrastructure & energy sectors. Brendan initially trained as a mining engineer and has a Masters of Commerce from the University of NSW and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
