Raymond Lou is a Partner in Baker McKenzie’s Sydney office, and leads the firm’s Energy Practice in Australia.
Raymond has extensive experience in project development, M&A and all aspects of a major project lifecycle, with a particular focus on renewables (including solar, wind, BESS and hydrogen). He has acted on some of the largest cross-border transactions assisting international IPPs and financial investors investing into Australia, including Shell Energy, Enel Green Power, Dutch Infrastructure Fund, Wirsol Energy, BayWa r.e., Spark Infrastructure, Atmos Renewables and many others.
