Alan is Head of Australia at ACCURE Battery Intelligence, delivering market leading analytic services delivering BESS owner operators the opportunity for improved RoI, enhanced safety in operation and insights into system lifetime. With projects in Australia, the Pacific, Asia and Europe, Alan works with many energy participants across the market from Tier 1 EPC’s, IPP’s and retailers to networks to start up enterprises.
Prior to ACCURE, Alan was Director of Global Sales SolarEdge Technologies, leading the global Sales Organisation for utility scale battery energy storage systems, developing VPP services and managing corporate customers. Previously, Alan served as Senior Manager, Strategic & Emerging Opportunities at Origin Energy where he supported the integration of renewables into Origin’s portfolio. Beyond energy, Alan has worked in financial services, education, social housing and logistics. He has a Masters of Laws in Intellectual and Property IT Law from the University of Edinburgh, and an MBA from Swinburne University of Technology.
