Malcolm is a hands-on Technical Electrical Engineer with over 24 years of energy industry experience, specialising in the physical elements of development, commissioning, operations, maintenance, and high-voltage safety of utility-scale electrical equipment.
Malcolm’s deep operational experience includes a decade leading the electrical engineering function at a 1,200 MW gas thermal power station, alongside extensive site supervision roles overseeing the construction of the Wind Farm’s and BESS projects. Malcolm is a strong advocate for asset integrity, solid high-voltage safety protocols, and the decisive application of stop-work authority.
